Seller account approval typically takes up to 2 working days after registration.

Most seller applications are approved on Juzshop. However, to maintain a safe, reliable, and trusted marketplace for all users, Juzshop reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove seller accounts at any stage—whether during the application process or after approval—following internal review where necessary.

How does a seller pay for the subscription?

Accepted Answer

Once JuzShop receives a seller’s sign-up for a paid subscription plan, payment instructions will be sent to the seller for completion. In the meantime, the seller’s account will be activated under the free plan.

Will I get a refund on my seller subscription if I stop using JuzShop?

Accepted Answer

Once a subscription has been paid, it is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon by JuzShop. In cases where an account is banned due to inappropriate actions or violations of platform policies, the account may be permanently closed without any refund.

Listing images can be prepared using a square canvas format. However, to achieve the best visual quality, use clear and high-resolution images that fit within these dimensions:

No, listings will remain published as long as your Juzshop account and subscription are active. To achieve better exposure, sellers are encouraged to regularly update and maintain active listings.

Accepted Answer

Yes. Although Juzshop is Singapore-based, the platform supports global listings and allows sellers to indicate prices in different currencies to facilitate international transactions.

For clarity and smooth transactions, sellers are encouraged to clearly state the applicable currency in the listing description so that buyers fully understand the intended transaction amount.

If payment arrangements are to be handled outside the app (for example, through the seller’s own website or external payment channel), sellers should set the listing quantity to 0 and clearly indicate the payment arrangement within the listing details.

Customers are encouraged to exercise caution and proceed only when they are comfortable with the agreed transaction terms, especially for cross-border transactions.

Once a seller account is approved, the seller will be granted access to the seller admin portal, where all e-shop setup, listing management, and store maintenance are carried out through the system provided by Juzshop.

A user may register as both a seller and a customer on Juzshop, but separate accounts are required for each role. This ensures that if a seller application is not approved, the user may still continue using the platform as a customer.

How does a customer make payment for an in-app purchase?

After checkout, the customer should go to the “Accounts” section and locate the order that requires payment. The payment methods made available by the seller will be displayed on the payment screen for the customer to proceed accordingly.

This process also gives the customer a final opportunity to review or cancel the order before payment is made, helping to avoid unnecessary preparation or shipment by the seller for orders that may otherwise be cancelled later.

Sellers on Juzshop can offer buyers up to three payment methods within the app:

a. QR Code / Payment link
b. Fast Payment (such as PayNow, PayPal)

Juzshop does not process or handle payments for in-app purchases. All payments are made directly from the buyer to the seller’s designated bank account or chosen payment channel. Sellers who wish to accept credit card payments may do so through QR code payment solutions or PayPal, which can support card transactions for customers.

Customers are encouraged to exercise due caution and proceed with transactions only when they feel comfortable and confident with both the seller and the transaction details.
