How does a seller pay for the subscription?

Once JuzShop receives a seller’s sign-up for a paid subscription plan, payment instructions will be sent to the seller for completion. In the meantime, the seller’s account will be activated under the free plan.

Will I get a refund on my seller subscription if I stop using JuzShop?

Once a subscription has been paid, it is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon by JuzShop. In cases where an account is banned due to inappropriate actions or violations of platform policies, the account may be permanently closed without any refund.

Sellers who wish to accept credit card payments may do so through QR code payment solutions or PayPal, which can support card transactions for customers.
