A1:JuzShop is free for all customers to join. Sellers can explore the pricing plans available on the JuzShop website ( https://juzshop.com/plans-pricing ) to choose the option that best fits their needs. Each plan is designed to be affordable and accessible to all sellers.

A2: Approval is usually granted within 1-2 workdays after completing the subscription payment. Once approved, sellers will gain access to the seller’s admin portal, where they can manage all aspects of setting up and maintaining their e-shop. Please note that Free Tier sellers are also subject to the same approval process.

A3: JuzShop is committed to welcoming legitimate, trustworthy sellers to its platform. While most seller sign-ups are typically approved, some may require more time or be rejected if irregularities are detected. JuzShop may also request additional information during the sign-up process to ensure compliance with our standards.

A4: JuzShop's free tier is designed for sellers to explore the platform, helping to prevent scammers from creating multiple false or fraudulent listings. For sellers ready to access the platform's full range of features, our paid subscription plans are affordably priced to support their growth and success.

A5: Payment details are available on the JuzShop website ( https://juzshop.com/plans-pricing ). After a seller signs up for access, the JuzShop team will be notified via email. The team will then contact the seller to request payment evidence, which is required to activate the seller’s access to the admin panel.

A6: You can refer to the pricing section in the Juzshop website ( https://juzshop.com/plans-pricing ). Subscribing to paid plans enable more functionalities, support and listing quotas.

A7: Once the subscription is paid, it is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon by JuzShop. Furthermore, if your account is banned due to inappropriate actions, it may be permanently closed without the option for a refund.

A8: Each listing can feature up to 5 images, with each uploaded file (JPEG, GIF, PNG, etc.) limited to a maximum size of 1MB. Video uploads are available exclusively to subscribed members.

For media uploads, external storage solutions like Google Drive can also be used by including a hyperlink in your listing, though these links will be verified by the JuzShop team for authenticity. Additionally, JuzShop provides allocated storage space in its own Google Drive for sellers on subscribed plans.

A9: For listing images, we recommend these dimensions:

• Logo: 1400 x 800 px
• Listing image: 1280 x 1280 px
• Free photos software : GIMP

A10: Listings will not expire as long as your account and subscription plan remain active.

A11: JuzShop is a Singapore-based platform designed for transactions in SGD.
For international dealings, you can consider the following options:

a. Transact in the SGD equivalent value.

b. Set the quantity to 0 and specify that the payment will be handled outside the app.
(Note: Customers needs to exercise caution to deal only if comfortable)

c. Clearly state the respective currency in the listing so that the transaction amount is understood in the correct currency.

A12: While JuzShop encourages sellers to set up their eShop professionally within the app, we also offer setup assistance for a small service fee, depending on the scope of work. For more information and to discuss your needs, please contact us at admin@juzshop.com

A13: JuzShop aims to be a trusted eShop marketplace, ensuring that all sellers are genuine businesses and reachable, much like a physical store. Requiring contact information provides assurance to customers and helps sellers connect with potential buyers.

A14: JuzShop does not charge any transaction fees or handle payments between sellers and customers. Payments should be made directly to sellers using the payment method they have set up in the app.

A15: JuzShop does not impose restrictions on the logistics arrangements for sellers. We believe that sellers should have the freedom to discuss and decide the delivery method with their customers based on their specific transaction needs.

A16: JuzShop strives to be a truly global e-commerce platform, removing barriers to international transactions. However, it's advisable to exercise extra caution and prudence when engaging in international deals.

A17: JuzShop encourages business diversification. If a seller deals in multiple types of products, they may need to establish separate shops for different business purposes.

A18: Yes, a user can be both a seller and a customer on JuzShop. However, you need to sign up for separate accounts. This way, if your seller application is not approved, you can still continue as a customer.

A19: When a seller’s account is approved, the seller will be directed to the seller’s admin portal where all the set-up for the e-shop shall be maintained.

A20: For landing page marketing and advertising on the app landing, please email to admin@juzshop.com. JuzShop team will connect with you accordingly.
We welcome internal and external business for advertising at the banner level in the landing page.

A21: To make a payment, the customer should navigate to their "Accounts" section and locate the orders that need payment. The available payment methods, as specified by the seller, will be displayed on the payment screen.

This gives the customer a final opportunity to cancel the order, preventing the seller from wasting time preparing the shipment only to have the order canceled afterward.

A22: Sellers can choose from three payment methods within the app:

a. QR Code
b. Fast Payment (such as PayNow, PayLah, PayPal)
c. Bank transfer

A23: JuzShop does not handle payments for in-app purchases. Instead, payments are made directly from the buyer to the seller’s bank account. Sellers who wish to accept credit card payments can use QR code payment methods or PayPal, which can facilitate credit card transactions for their customers.

A24: According to the Terms of Service, disputes should be resolved directly between the seller and the buyer. However, if you need assistance or advice, you can email admin@juzshop.com, and we will do our best to help resolve the issue amicably.

A25: If you find a seller suspicious and have sufficient evidence to support your concern, please contact admin@juzshop.com. We encourage all customers to use caution and only proceed with transactions when they feel comfortable and confident.

A26: JuzShop aims to respond to all emails sent to admin@juzshop.com as quickly as possible. Generally, you can expect a response within 1-2 working days.
Sometimes it might take longer than expected due to the amount of emails received. We seek your kind understanding on any delay.

A27: At the moment, you can reach us via email at admin@juzshop.com. We plan to offer phone support in the near future.

A28: All updates and platform-related communications will be delivered through notifications within the app.

A29: JuzShop takes counterfeit and fraudulent listings very seriously. If you find any such listings and have sufficient evidence, please report them to us immediately at admin@juzshop.com. We will take prompt action to address the issue.
